Congratulations to Steve on a close finish on our last tournament of the season. Everyone who had practiced for this event knew that it would be a close tournament and that it would take the right decisions to elevate yourself enough above the herd to secure a win. Steve’s 12.83 lb. bag included the second lunker of the day at 3.46lbs. This was Steve’s second win of the season after opening the season with a win at Champlain North. George Locke was a close second with 12.57lbs and the 3.98 lb. tournament lunker. Finishing in the third position was Al Maher with 11.65 lbs. I am looking forward to hearing from Steve at our meeting how he secured this win.
