We opened our season on June 9 on Northern Champlain at Rouses Point and despite high water and murky water members went out and caught some great limits of fish. The day was led by Steve Broderick with 17.44 lbs. and a 3.99 lunker, followed by Dan Munsell with 16.22 lbs. and Al Maher with 14.55lbs. Lunker of the day was 4.21 caught by Frank Polomaine. Day 2 Steve Broderick came back with 18.26 lbs. , Jim Underhill our 2018 Angler of The Year caught 17.14 and Consistent Al Maher had 16.04 lbs. Lunker from day 2 was 4.50 caught by Steve Broderick. Steve Broderick scored his second AA win with a total of 35/70 lbs., Jim Underhill second with 31.58lbs and Al Maher with a plaque for 3rd with 30.59 lbs. Steve’s first win was at the same location in 2017.
