On June 10 & 11 the club held their first points tournament of the year on Northern Champlain. Day 1 the club launched out of Point Au Roche on a lake that was so uncommonly calm that David Black called it Scary! However, it turned out to be an excellent fishing day as was the next day out of the Chazy River Launch. This fishing on both days was excellent and there were many smiling faces at the weigh-ins.
Anthony Curcurito was the winner with 34.07 Lbs with Paul Pflieger 2nd with 33.86 Lbs. Finishing 3rd in the last plaque position was Joe Curcurito with 33.26 Lbs. Linker for the tournament was a 5.08 caught by Jim Underhill and leading Senior bag limit was Paul Pflieger at 17.41 lbs.
